The Guncaster's Weapon Mastery (or GWM) is the final version of The Dragon Bullet Carnage (or DBC) and grant you 595 achivements, 5 for each firearms (With addition of 33 special achievements). Only bullets types weapons are included in GWM because of the link with the Guncaster (SCP-5666-Akira). To install the GWM mod, you need to place the folder inside your 'mod_overrides' directory.
